房間不錯 本來房間開錯了 跟前台一溝通就解決了 而且小朋友生日也貼心的佈置了房間 送的遊玩的票也很值 酒店還有篝火晚會放河燈的活動 在這裏大小朋友都很開心 小朋友很期待下次再來玩

非常不滿意.
當天下午6:00之前打電話提前溝通，要一個房間安靜點的。晚上大概9:00左右到的在園區吃了飯，11:00左右回到房間後睡覺。結果給安排了一個第二天對面結婚的婚房，大早上8:00左右開始吵鬧，直至10:30左右，中間與前台溝通無。中午12:00到前台進行投訴，結果經理來了，表示歉意説可以用完申再走，然後點了三個菜，同時詢問價格，如果需要付款直接可以付，然後經理也沒有做出迴應。結果過了一個小時左右經理給我發訊息説需要付款部分餐費就很無語，挺會二次消的。出來度假一共在園區花了2000左右，結果還玩得不開心，睡也沒睡好，住宿體驗極差。什麼特色項目根本就沒有心情進行體驗一個都沒有玩就走了。

酒店整個園區是很大一片湖區園林式建築，綠樹環繞，景色怡人。訂的帶私湯的房間，很精緻乾淨，因為是週中，四周非常安靜，很喜歡這種度假的環境。
